How do I view my balance?
Each time you login you’ll automatically see your Ice balance on the home page, Ice account and retailer pages. You can also view your Ice points statement in your Ice account. This shows all your collect and spend transactions, starting with the most recent.
How do I register/update/delete the Ice card that I picked up at my local farm shop?

If you’re already fully registered with Ice and have a new Ice card from a farm shop, you can easily add it to your account. Login to myice.com and click on "My Ice account". In your account, you’ll find "My Ice cards" where you can add your new card. Don't forget, you can only have a maximum of five cards registered to your account.
To update or delete your existing Ice card, login to myice.com and click on "My Ice account". In your account, you’ll find "My Ice cards" where you can update/delete your Ice card details.
Please note you can only use an Ice card with farm shops participating in the Ice programme.
