Collecting Ice Points With Mastercard
Who can I collect Ice points with using my Mastercard?

You can collect Ice points with retailer's that are part of The Ice Loyalty Programme with Mastercard. To see a full list of places where you can collect Ice points using your registered Mastercard online please click here, all Mastercard retailers will have the Mastercard logo.

You can use your Mastercard credit card as your chosen payment card with other Ice retailers but to collect or spend you need to follow the process stated.

How can I collect Ice points using my Mastercard?

You can collect Ice points with any retailer that’s part of The Ice Loyalty Programme with Mastercard either online or in store. To see a full list please click here.

If it is simply make your purchase as normal using the Mastercard credit card you’ve registered to your Ice account. You may receive an email and/or text message asking if you would like to spend any Ice points (you may already have) against your purchase. By choosing NOT to spend any Ice points after making your purchase, you’ll automatically collect Ice points once the transaction has been authorised by the retailer and any refund period has passed. 

Your points will appear in the transactions pending section of your Ice statement under "Mastercard transactions pending". Your Mastercard credit card transactions will remain in pending until the retailer’s refunds period has cleared. Then your Ice points will show live in your Ice statement and are available to spend. If an Ice retailer accepts Mastercard but is not part of The Ice Loyalty Programme with Mastercard, you can still use your Mastercard credit card to pay if the retailer accepts Mastercard. However, you’ll need to follow the process for collecting and/or spending points as explained on that retailer’s page on myice.com.

Are all retailers online and in store?

No, retailers will be a mix of online and in store, online only or in store only. You can check this at each individual retailer’s page.

Can I use my Mastercard with all Ice retailers?

If an Ice retailer accepts Mastercard but is not part of The Ice Loyalty Programme with Mastercard, you can still use your Mastercard credit card to pay. However, you won’t receive the text or email with the option to spend points. Instead, you’ll need to follow the process for collecting and/or spending points as explained on that retailer’s page. John Lewis & Partners online and M&S online are not part of The Ice Loyalty Programme with Mastercard, but you can continue to collect and spend Ice points online only using any credit or debit card and by shopping via myice.com.

Do I need to enter my Mastercard details on your website every time I make a purchase?

No, in order to collect and spend Ice points with retailers who are part of The Ice Loyalty Programme with Mastercard, you just need to register your existing Mastercard credit card once to your Ice account. Once you've registered your Mastercard, your transactions with these Ice retailers will automatically be tracked.
