Ice account
To view your Ice account, login in at www.myice.com and select ‘Ice account’, from the crystal navigation.
Your Ice account, which is displayed in a monthly statement, contains your collect and spend transactions, and any pending transactions.
To change your personal details, login at www.myice.com and select ‘Ice account’ from the crystal navigation, then from the menu on the left hand side of the page select My Details.
To change your registration details, login in at www.myice.com and select ‘Ice account’ from the crystal navigation, then from the menu on the left hand side of the page select My Details.
To change your password login at www.myice.com and select ‘Ice account’ from the crystal navigation, then from the menu on the left hand side of the page select My Details.
To reset a forgotten password, you can either select ‘Forgotten password’ from the top right hand corner of the homepage or select ‘Join Ice’ and click on the ‘Generate new password’ link. You will be sent an email to your registered email address with a link to change your password.
You can view or change your email address by logging in at www.myice.com and selecting ‘Ice account’ from the crystal navigation , then from the menu on the left hand side of the page select My Details.
Yes. We do not share any of your personal details. We are fully compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998. However, you will be required to provide the Ice partner with your name, address and payment details when you shop with Ice.
If you wish to cancel or deactivate your Ice account for any reason please contact our customer services team;
