Ice is a new programme that generously rewards you for making environmentally friendly purchases. 

Ice has partnered with a network of retailers that offer everyday products and services, which are a more sustainable option and better for the environment. When you shop with these partners via Ice, you receive Ice points.

Unlike conventional rewards programmes, you can collect and spend your Ice on the same partners and products.

There are no catches: you can spend your Ice as soon as it is in your MyIce Account and mix it with cash or card payment.

First, you need to register with Ice so we can track your purchases and reward you with your Ice. All the Ice purchases you make, whether collecting or spending Ice, will be displayed in your online MyIce Account.

Every time you shop with Ice, you collect Ice points and a summary receipt is added to your MyIce Account – along with the Ice you have collected. Where the partner offers a time period for you to return a product, your Ice may be held pending until this period has expired. 

Then, provided you have not returned the product, your Ice will be transferred into your MyIce Account and you’ll be able to spend them straight away. Ice points are worth a minimum of 1p. However, to give you even better value, we double some of your Ice points everytime you spend them with Ice partners.

We need to know who you are so that when you shop with Ice you can collect Ice points. To join Ice, you only need to provide a small amount of essential information for us to create your MyIce Account.
